Stonebridge Country Club

Stonebridge Country Club – Bundled Golf Living in North Naples

When it comes to bundled golf communities in Naples, Stonebridge Country Club has always been one of my personal favorites.

Located in North Naples, Stonebridge offers a wonderful mix of golf, country club living, beautiful surroundings, and a location that's hard to beat. There's a welcoming, relaxed feel to the community that I particularly like.

Of course, golf is a big part of life here.

Stonebridge features an 18-hole, par-71 championship golf course, laid out in two nine-hole loops. With water coming into play on 15 of the 18 holes, the course offers plenty of challenges. But don't let that scare you off. Seven tee options on each hole make it enjoyable for golfers of different skill levels.

The course has quite a history, too. Originally designed by Gene Bates, it was redesigned by Gordon Lewis in 2010, followed by another major renovation by Kipp Schulties in 2023.

What makes the course especially appealing is its setting. Beautiful lakes, colorful flower beds, mature landscaping, and natural areas create some lovely views as you make your way around.

For those looking to improve their game, Stonebridge offers professional golf instruction, clinics, a driving range, and short-game practice facilities.

But here's what I especially appreciate about Stonebridge: the variety of homes.

Unlike some golf communities where housing choices are fairly limited, Stonebridge offers something for different lifestyles and budgets. Across its ten neighborhoods, you'll find garden condominiums, coach homes, villas, and single-family homes.

Whether you're looking for a seasonal getaway or a full-time residence, there are several options worth considering.

Another big advantage? Stonebridge is a bundled golf community. That means golf membership is included with homeownership, so you don't need to purchase a separate equity membership. Naturally, club dues and applicable association fees still apply.

For buyers who love golf but also want a friendly, active community in a convenient North Naples location, I think Stonebridge deserves a spot on their list.

It's certainly one of the communities I enjoy introducing to my buyers.
